The theatre is accessed off the central atrium to the main College, which provides the foyer facilities for performances.

The auditorium provides 200 seats within a bleacher seating system and further seating on galleries that run around all four sides at two upper levels. These galleries facilitate the teaching of theatre studies and provide a wide variety of staging and viewing configurations.

Although primarily for educational use the accommodation has proved very suitable for many professional theatre and dance companies.
